Andy Dick was arrested on charges of first degree sexual abuse around 4 a.m. Saturday after performing at the Rum Runners comedy club in Huntington, West Virginia.

Criminal complaints were filed by a security guard at the club who says Dick "grabbed my crotch and began laughing when I tried to give him and armband." The second criminal complaint was filed by a customer who says he ws talking to Dick when he "unexpectedly, and without invitation, grabbed my crotch, repeatedly groping me, and kissing me."

The manager, Tom Schaefer, says he was with Dick at the time he was performing at the club, and didn’t witness the incidents.

Phillip Daniels, a bouncer at Rum Runners said about Dick:

"You could tell he was really out of it. He was on something."

A press release from the Huntington Police Department says:

"Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims’ genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, California, was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."

Jonathan Kraft, a regular customer at Rum Runners, says the night Dick was arrested he went right up to Dick and bought him a drink.

Kraft says he introduced Dick to the owner and at one point Dick tried to kiss him, but Kraft told him:

"I’m not down with that."

Kraft says he has no intention of filing any complaint and he calls the charges against Dick "dumb" and "stupid," saying, "He’s nationally known as a weird guy."

Dick is weird, but that doesn’t give him the right to physically grope people that didn’t give him permission.

There have been reports that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt signed a deal in January that splits their $330 million in assets right down the middle, and gives them both joint custody with the kids living with Jolie. The deal was rumored, according to News of the World, to have been inked despite the fact the couple is not married.

A representative for the couple said they have not split, so the rumors are not true. Let’s hope the couple stays together for a long time.

Scott Brown (50), a Republican, who beat the Barack Obama backed democrat to win the Senate seat held by the late Edward (Ted) Kennedy since 1962, announced during his victory speech that his daughters, Ayla Brown and Arianna Brown, are both single. Brown then added he was only joking, except his daughters really are single, and more attractive than the Bush girls. The picture above shows Scott, and his daughters who are looking good in bikinis.

Ayla has been working hard on a singing career, and she has her own web site, and a MySpace page with samples of her music. Ayla is also a Boston College senior, and she was a finalist on American Idol.

Arianna is a freshman at Syracuse University.

Scott appeared without clothes on in Cosmo when he was a 22 years-old law student at Boston College in June of 1982 (pictured below).

Heidi Montag revealed she had ten plastic surgery procedures in one day, but it’s not enough. Heidi says she wants a bigger chest:

HEIDI MONTAG (says) her triple D b**bs still aren’t big enough.

She boasted: “I like the F. I actually want H for Heidi.”

Work on the 23-year-old blonde also included buttock augmentation, neck liposuction, brow lift, chin reduction, Botox in her forehead and fat injected into her cheeks, mouth area and lips.

She added: “I look like an improved version of myself.”

Heidi then says she almost died after her procedure, which her doctor denies. Heidi says:

"I had too much Demerol like Michael Jackson did," she told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush. "My breathing was five breaths per minute, which is like almost dead."

We all know Heidi isn’t the smartest person in the world. Michael died from too much propofol, not too much demerol. Heidi was in a post operative care center where the nurses don’t just monitor the number of breaths per minute, but they also put an oximeter on a patient’s finger to make sure they are getting enough oxygen. If Heidi was in real trouble they could have given her Narcan to reverse the demerol, or either bag her, or intubate her, to manually breathe for her. Heidi is only trying to create more fictional drama for attention.

Billy asks Heidi, a vocal Christian, whether she has rejected God’s creation:

"Or maybe God gave me extra because he knew what I would be doing," Heidi said. Heidi’s resume includes appearing on several reality shows, posing for Playboy and co-authoring a book with husband Spencer Pratt called ’How to be Famous.’

When Billy asks Heidi to move her face as much as she can, she blinks her eyes and manages a small, pained smile:

So no one cares enough about this girl to get her the psych help she needs… it’s easier to just let her destroy herself. Any doctor that would perform frivolous yet dangerous procedures on someone insecure and vulnerable instead of referring her to a therapist for counseling has, in my opinion, committed medical malpractice.

I wish women would wake up to the fact that plastic surgery only makes them less attractive, except to men who see the surgeries as an indication of their vulnerability – proof that she is an easy target.

Montag used to be a pretty "girl next door," now she’s the Bride of Frankenstein. What a tragedy.

Heidi is getting nothing but criticism from the public, other celebrities, but most of all from her parents. Heidi’s husband Spencer Pratt is the only person who won’t say he disagrees with what Heidi is doing to herself. Spencer is probably exploiting Heidi’s weakness for profit.

After a long history of getting away with assault, Amy Winehouse pleaded guilty to common assault and disorderly conduct after she attacked theater manager Richard Pound.

During a Christmas play in the U.K. Amy kicked Pound in the groin when he asked her to stop shouting obscenities during a performance of Cinderella in Milton Keynes, England, on December 19. After parents continued to complained about Amy continual shouting of profanities Pound tried to move Amy to a private box.

Pound filed a complaint with local Thames Valley police and Winehouse was arrested on December 23 after she turned herself into authorities.

Amy’s punishment was two years probation, and a $296 fine.

Judge Peter Crabtree ordered Winehouse to improve her behavior, after ruling that it was "obvious" alcohol had caused her to lash out in the incident. He told her:

"Mr. Pound is a person whose job involves interaction with the public. If he’s assaulted he deserves the court’s protection. In this case it’s obvious that alcohol played its part."

"It (acting responsibly) may be harder than a fine because you have now got to stay on the straight and narrow for the next two years."

Alcohol is no excuse for kicking man in the groin. The guy should have defended himself, but he’s probably brainwashed into believing a man should never hit a woman, even if she kills you. As for the judge, he should have given Amy jail time, probation after she served her sentence, anger management classes, rehab for her alcohol addiction, and a psychiatric evaluation. What would the judge had done if a man had kick a woman in the groin?
