Nadya Suleman went to court today in an attempt to block any outside guardians to oversee her children’s finances. A judge hearing the case today denied Nadya’s request, and invited the Department of Social Services to conduct an investigation into the matter.

Gloria Allred said in the court papers that Suleman is potentially exploiting her octuplets for financial gain. Suleman’s attorney said Allred is involved to promote herself. Both sides are correct in our opinion

After court today Allred released the following statement:

"We are very happy that the court has upheld the law and allowed us to proceed with our case and our efforts to protect Nadya Suleman’s octuplets. Nadya Suleman’s attorneys attempted to dismiss our case but failed in their efforts. Although it is a victory for us, it is more importantly a victory for Nadya Suleman’s octuplets."

"We are also very pleased that the court has invited the Department of Social Services to conduct an investigation and file a report and recommendation to the court. It appears to us that the court wants to be sure that the children’s interests are protected."

"Our client Paul Petersen’s paramount concern is the best interests of the children. We look forward to our next date in court on this matter."

The Department of Social Services is expected to file a report giving a recommendation regarding the guardianship of the children’s estate in time for another hearing on October 29.

We are pleased someone, besides Suleman, is looking out for the children especially after Suleman said in her two hour Fox TV special:

"I screwed up my life. I screwed up my kids’ lives. What was I thinking?"

It’s a good thing other people will be doing the thinking when it comes to the money earned by the octuplets.

Mark Lester, a British former child star and godfather to Michael Jackson’s three kids, sat down with Matt Lauer on the Today Show Friday to address rumors that he may be Paris Jackson’s sperm donor.

"There’s a possibility that one, or, very unlikely, but all of those kids could be mine," he said. When Lauer pressed him on whether he knew definitively if he was Paris’s biological father, he said he had "no idea, and even if I was, it would make absolutely no difference to the status quo of the family."

"Michael was very shy when it came to women, and he confided in me that he actually found it very difficult to do the s*xual act," Lester said. And so, in a seeming non-sequitur, Jackson asked Lester for his sperm around the time Paris was conceived.

Lester failed to explain why Jackson’s anxieties about having sex with women impaired his ability to father a child in a test tube.

"Whether he wanted to increase the chances of artificial insemination, he just said he was very very nervous and didn’t feel like he was up to going through the act," he said. "I had given something as a gift and I didn’t want anything in return for it. That was it. End of story."

Lester, 51, is a father of four in London. He said he would take a paternity test "if called upon" but doesn’t want to take on any role other than godfather and friend. He refrained from drawing any conclusions from split-screen shots of Paris and himself, and more puzzling, Paris and his own 15-year-old blonde, fair-skinned daughter.

"She’s absolutely beautiful, and I would be honored if that came from me," he said.

It is possible that the Jackson family want to keep any and all men, who could have been sperm donors, away from the children until they have the children legally locked into their custody, so they can control Michael’s estate and money. Lester appears credible to me, and he doesn’t stand to benefit in any way, that I know of, by speaking out on the possibility that he could have fathered at least Paris. I’d like to hear your thoughts.

Kourtney Kardashian said she considered having an abort when she found out she was pregnant, and she just had to inform us that she might pose for Playboy while pregnant if an offer is made.

Sounds to us like this pregnancy has continued so Kourtney could use it for her 15 minutes of fame, and all the money that comes with it, just like sister Kim did. After everyone stops caring, how much will Kourtney care about the baby, especially since she always considers herself number one?

When Heidi Montag posed for Playboy, Spencer Pratt said in the interview portion:

"I bet you made more than Lady GaGa this year even though she has a number one record. ’Oh, Heidi Montag has no talent!,’ my f*cking a$$! If you have no talent, then I don’t know what talent is. You must be the most talented untalented person on earth."

If talent is creating fake drama, and constantly lying because you think everyone is a fool except you, then both Spencer and Heidi are very talented.

Kristen Stewart will reportedly play a young lap dancer, and prostitute, in a new film called Welcome to the Rileys by Sopranos star James Gandolfini.

The role includes multiple scenes of Stewart walking around n*de (without clothes on), which is something Kristen says will most likely bring in quite an audience:

“It’s an independent movie that nobody would normally see and now it’s like, ‘Oh, let’s go see Bella [her Twilight character] in this stripper movie; it’ll be crazy!’”

“Working with James Gandolfini and Melissa Leo, who is just incredible, was the most fruitful life-changing experience on a movie that I’ve ever had. It was just the hardest subject matter I’ve ever had to deal with. I play a very broken young girl who is a runaway. She’s a street kid. She’s working in a strip club, and James Gandolfini’s character is just as dead inside as she is, and they wake each other up.”

Let’s see, Elizabeth Berkley stripped Showgirls, and her career ended, Lindsay Lohan stripped in I Know Who Killed Me, and her career was already in the dumps with all her movies going straight to DVD, and Jessica Biel who stripped in Powder Blue, and has always had a luke warm career that never really got out of cruise control mode.

We suspect Kristen is smoking too much pot if she thinks playing a stripper in a movie where she actually strips is going to somehow help her career, if anything, it can only make it worse, but then again she was never much of an actress anyway, so she’ll take her place amongst the actresses mentioned above.
