Jessica Simpson insists she has a great smile despite her claim that she doesn’t brush her teeth. She told iheartradio:

"I don’t brush my teeth. No, really!"

"I just use Listerine, and sometimes I’ll use my sweater," she claimed, bursting into laughter.

"I do brush every now and again, but my teeth are extremely powerful. Fine, maybe when I’m 60 I’ll all, ow!"

When John Mayer said Jessica was "s*xual napalm" in bed, maybe he was talking about her smelly breath.

Jessica continued:

"In relationships, in general, going through a divorce and going through very public break-ups, you don’t want to disappoint people who are rooting for you to be successful in love. I just have to find the right man."

The right man who can stand to smell her breath.

Jessica also talked about her eating habits saying she loves "anything fried," and:

"Growing up in Texas for me, fish was a fish stick. We weren’t really the healthiest of people. My mom didn’t force me to eat healthy."

Whatever Jessica is eating now I hope it includes breath mints.

The IRS filed a $33 million tax lien against Joe Francis in November of 2009. Last month the IRS filed paperwork releasing the lien. Last week the IRS filed paperwork for a $29,393,681.45 against Francis claiming they released him from the tax lien by mistake.

Now it looks like the IRS is harassing Francis. There should be a rule that says the IRS can’t file the same lien twice.

Johnny Weir has been trying his best to create controversy to get attention, and as a result no one wants to hire him to appear on their skating, dancing, or any other shows, partially because he’s embroiled himself in controversy, and partially because he isn’t good for business. In his latest failed attempt to find work Weir told the media he wanted to be a judge on Project Runway, to which Tim Gunn responded via the media with this statement:

"I am very matter-of-fact about ice-skating outfits. They are not clothes of the real world. They are costumes, stage clothes. Just because he has a flair for what he wears on the ice doesn’t mean he would be a great judge."

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Johnny Weir is not good for business. Maybe someone will feel sorry for Weir and give him a job, but it’ll be at loss for the business.

Joe Jonas has moved on from Taylor Swift, and he is now dating Demi Lovato (17). In an interview with Billy Bush from Access Hollywood Lovato confirmed Joe is her boyfriend:

Bush: "Have you ever dated any of the Jonas brothers?"

Lovato: "Umm, maybe."

Bush: "Which one? Joe?"

Lovato: "Yeah. He’s actually, he’s my best friend."

Bush: "So you guys went from boyfriend-girlfriend to best friends?"

Lovato: "No, kind of the opposite."

Bush: "Oh? So you’re dating him now?"

Lovato: Umm, yeah, he is my best friend, and he is incredible. He is a complete gentleman, who treats me to the most amazing places. He’s perfect."

The couple just filmed a video for their duet song called Make a Wave.

The autopsy report showed Corey Haim died form pulmonary congestion, but the toxicology reports may reveal more about the drugs that may have caused his death. The drugs appear to have been prescription, but the prescriptions are now attracting the attention of law enforcement.

Since Haim’s death was premature, and since he was a minor celebrity, police investigated and found that one of Haim’s prescription was linked to a "massive illegal drug ring." Christine Gasparac, from the California Attorney General’s Office said:

"We know there was a prescription pad stolen and there was a prescription written for him using that pad, so it was fraudulent and we know it was filled."

According to Gasparac, the prescription pads are stolen and sold to addicts, or other people are paid to fill the prescriptions so the drugs can be sold to addicts on the street. The doctor is usually unaware their prescription pad was stolen, and that the criminals are using his or her name illegally.

It is unclear if Haim knew his presription was illegal. A friend could have told him that a doctor he knew could write him a prescription. If we knew what the drug was then we would have a better idea if it was meant for a prescription drug addict.
