Usher married Tameka Foster in 2007, and although she already had several children, Usher had two more with her, but that’s all ending with a divorce.

In February of this year Tameka nearly died during plastic surgery in South America. Usher had rushed to her support her at the hospital, and we all wondered why he was partying in Las Vegas, and recording an album, while his wife went off to have surgery. Now we know the couple have been living separately for almost a year.

Just the other night Usher was spotted out on a date with Island Def Jam staffer Grace Miguel, and Usher wasn’t wearing his wedding ring. On Thursday the new couple were spotted by paparazzi entering the Sun set Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood.

As of today In Touch is reporting the couple have filed for divorce in Atlanta.

Usher’s mom is probably happier now, because she never liked Tameka. Hopefully Tameka signed a prenup.

Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas have recorded a duet called Before the Storm. The Jonas Brothers need this publicity boost.

Nick and Miley are also a couple again, but for Nick it’s only business.

Rumors that Kanye West and Amber Rose had broken off their relationship have been confirmed by West’s rep who said:

"They are no longer a couple."

It’s not like they were serious anyway.

Bret Michaels is really upset with the Tony Awards for their lack of concern about his broken nose, and other injuries. The Tony Awards execs said only, eh, Bret "missed his mark" exiting the stage during Poison’s performance. Janna Elias, Bret’s rep, said:

"With all due respect to everyone working the Tony Awards, somewhere down the line there was a lack of communication and the prop should have been immediately halted until Michaels was clear. Sunday morning at rehearsals, Bret was never informed that the descending set piece existed, let alone would be moving into position as he was exiting the stage."

"I find it surprising that a Tony spokesperson would brush off this incident with a comment stating, Mr. Michaels missed his mark,’ with no mention of concern for his condition. If everyone at the Tonys were aware that Bret missed his mark, then they should have been aware enough to stop the set piece from hitting him or at least slowed it down until he cleared the stage. I feel had this incident happened to Liza Minneli, Dolly Parton or Elton John, the Tonys would have at least issued a letter of concern."

Sometimes the only way to get the offending party to recognize their mistake is to sue them.

Despite Kate Gosselin behaving badly, the only focus seems to be on Jon Gosselin for having an affair with Deanna Hummel with what appears to be his wife’s permission. There’s rumor the pair even have a contract for Jon to appear on the show, despite Kate calling their marriage quits. Now there are new details about an affair we already know about, with most of the details we’ve already heard about.

Here are some of the quotes Jon was allegedly overheard saying while he was with Deanna in Utah on Kate’s birthday:

"I have eight kids, two dogs and live in Pennsylvania, and I can still hang here with 15-year-olds."

"Hey, it’s Kate’s birthday. I should get her something."

Jon allegedly visited a jewelry store, but didn’t buy anything for Kate.

Jon partied at a club where a source described their affection for each other like this:

"It was snuggle-o-matic."

Hahaha. That’s a good one.

The source adds:

"Jon’s pals were reeking of pot. I know that the kids he’s hanging out with like a little herbal substance."

How does the source know, has that person smoked the herb with them?

Then to round out the Jon bashing there’s this little gem:
