There’s word that Barack Hussein Obama has offered the job of Secretary of State to Senator Hillary Clinton.
Where’s the change that was promised?
So far everyone in the Obama administration is more of the same old insiders crowd.
I have a feeling the change that’s coming will look a lot like the ski lift sign below.

Debbie Matenopoulos, formerly form The View, and current E! Daily 10 host, filed for divorce from her husband Jay Faires, a music executive. The couple were married in July of 2003, and separated in March of 2008. They had no children together.
Faires is requesting that the court not award Matenopoulos spousal support. He indicated their property rights are to be determined. We’ll see how that goes.
Sarah Silverman Gets a Book Deal

Sarah Silverman inked a book deal with HarperCollins for $2.5 million. Silverman’s book will be a collection of comedic essays, just like Tina Fey wrote for a $6 million deal. I wonder if the book sales will break even on those deals.
New Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Trailer Online
Posted on November 14, 2008 at 6:10 pm (PST)Although Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie doesn’t hit theaters until July, another trailer has been released. The movie looks good. I just wish I could transport myself to July, so I could watch the movie today.
New The Spirit Trailer Online
Posted on November 14, 2008 at 6:01 pm (PST)On Christmas Day The Spirit will hit theaters. It looks okay. Here’s a summary:
Written and directed by Miller and adapted from Will Eisner’s comic book series, the action adventure stars Gabriel Macht, Samuel L. Jackson, Sarah Paulson, Eva Mendes, Dan Lauria, Paz Vega, Jaime King, Scarlett Johansson, Louis Lombardi and Stana Katic.
The Spirit is the story of a former rookie cop who returns mysteriously from the dead as The Spirit (Macht) to fight crime from the shadows of Central City. His arch-enemy, The Octopus (Jackson) has a different mission: he’s going to wipe out Spirit’s beloved city as he pursues his own version of immortality. The Spirit tracks this cold-hearted killer from Central City’s rundown warehouses, to the damp catacombs, to the windswept waterfront… all the while facing a bevy of beautiful women who either want to seduce, love or kill our masked crusader. Surrounding him at every turn are Ellen Dolan (Paulson), the whip-smart girl-next-door; Silken Floss (Johansson), a punk secretary and frigid vixen; Plaster of Paris (Vega), a murderous French nightclub dancer; Lorelei (King), a phantom siren; and Morgenstern (Katic), a sexy young cop.
Since Samuel L. Jackson is in this movie, I might see it. I really need a better trailer to know if this is going to be a good movie or not. If there isn’t anything better in theaters around Christmas, and if I’m bored, I guess it won’t matter.
