Nicole Richie Scared She May Join Paris in Jail

On the Late Show last night, Nicole Richie told David Letterman that she’s scared her legal troubles might land her in the big house.

"I’m just keeping my fingers crossed, and, you know, of course, I’m scared also, but, you know, I’m willing to face whatever consequences come my way, and I take responsibility for what I’ve done," she said.

Are her fears being amplified by Paris Hilton’s reports of the dreadful scary and chilly conditions?

Richie already has a DUI conviction from 2003. Though she pleaded not guilty in February to the December DUI charges, during her arrest police say she confessed to smoking marijuana and taking Vicodin. Uh-oh.

She told Letterman that she’ll get the news "at the end of the month." 

Hmmm….

Wonder whether her rumored pregnancy will be confirmed or denied before her court date.
