Nicole Marty Mug Shot

Nicole Marty (25) from Long Island allegedly crashed her car into a utility pole after getting high on drugs, but that’s not all, her nine year-old daughter was in the car and was injured in the accident. Marty was 16 years-old when she had her daughter, she seems responsible.

While in Bay Shore hospital, Marty also beat on the cop standing guard outside her room.

Marty was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and assault.

The court probably put the child into foster care with a lesbian pedophile, rather than allowing her biological father to take her, because the court’s are sexist man haters.
