Nicolas Sarkozy Walks Out of 60 Minutes Interview – Video
Lesley Stahl made the mistake of asking France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy about his wife Cecilia, repeatedly, which Nicolas saw as disrespectful, so he abruptly ended the 60 Minutes interview. Two weeks after that interview Nicolas announced he and his wife Cécilia Sarkozy were getting divorced. The couple were married for 11 years. The marital problems started two years ago when Cécilia attended a conference at the Dead Sea in Jordan on the arm of another man. Despite the scandal in his marriage Nicolas was elected France’s President last May.
