Miss South Carolina Teen USA 2007, Caitlin Upton, talked to Nadya Suleman about where Octobabies come from for Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday.
Suleman also pointed out in another interview that she’s a "competent mom," then she did that crazy laugh.
