Mr. Blackwell just released his 48th annual Worst Dressed Women List, and this year Britney Spears did not top the list. You’ll be surprised to see who did. Click the link below to see the list.

Britney Spears — Us’ Worst Dressed Star of the Year — was left off.

Mr. Blackwell added a this note to the end of his list: "For those of you who were expecting to see Britney’s name adorn the 2007 list, I felt that it was in appropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her." Mr. Blackwell realizes Britney could be dead before he is.
