Monique Shinnery Plans to sue Duane Chapman

dog bounty hunter larry king Monique Shinnery Plans to sue Duane Chapman

Monique Shinnery tells the National Enquirer she plans to sue Duane Chapman (aka Dog). She says:

"I want justice. He (Dog) has slandered me, stated that I have bad character, and repeatedly lied about me on national television … It’s not even about him using the ’N’ word. It’s about him not wanting a black woman to be part of his family or part of his son’s life."

First, I don’t think Dog said anything that stands the legal test of slander. The legal readers can correct me if I’m wrong. Sticks and stones Monique. Sometimes life isn’t fair. If his family won’t accept her, and that bothers her so much, then find a new guy with a family that accepts her. Seems to me if she was looking for trouble she came to the right family.

Dog has really been open and honest in his interviews lately. Click here to listen to his latest colorful interview.

Well, after reading some of your comments and the whole dispute over the whole thing was just down right ridiculous…I mean, yes this topic was discussed 4 yrs ago but I would like to say a few words of my own.

This Monique girl was taking this whole thing too serious…it’s not like Dog was the only one and first ver to use that word…this girl couldn’t make it back in the day were racism was A LOT worse than it is today…seems to me her and Tucker planned this situation all along. Tucker is an addict and needed money for drugs, rumor has it, and he PURPOSELY mad his father Dog, mad and used his girlfriend to make a tape and then used it for money and selling it to the “National Enquier”…what a sun to go around and ruin his father’s career for money..that was ridiculous…yes what Dog said was wrong, (not saying it was right) but people make mistakes, and alot worse has been said or done…I mean you can tell Dog is a nice person, why be so enraged and out-ragous to something that might have been “pushed over hte limit” he was just angry and probably didn’t mean it, and since we have a FREEDOM OF SPEECH in this country, it wouldn’t be fair to sue, and I stay true to my word, she should have got over it and moved on–and she did, she just try to claim her 15 minutes of fame and to gain a fortune off of Dog, -_- just wow…but any moral person would move on and find a better use in their life in another relationship, if she felt that bad she should have dropped Tucker and left, but this girl has no morality, and I rest my case, enough of this preaching.

I agree with Debra and Gina. He should be able to talk to his own family but I quess that’s not possible any more. How would you like Malaika if one of your kdis tapped you and reported you to the nataional enquiere.

  3. Debra says:

    To Malaika,

Only thing that I have to say is this…a private conversation between you and your son, daughter, mother, brother etc…should be just that private. For everyone to condem him for something that he said to his son privately is just ridiculous. You shouldnt have to watch what you say to your own family. That is just silly.

  4. Malaika says:

As for the first comment posted above, most black people do not think that way. Apparently, you have some self esteem issues of your own. EVERYONE should hold themselves to a high esteem to be treated as kings and queens no matter what race you are. If Dog really didn’t mean what he said, then he should have choosen his words more carefully!! He knows that people look up to him and still he let his mouth put him in a situation that he can’t get out of. All of the apologies in the world will never erase what he did. DOG, be careful about what you say in the future. Best of luck to you!

So suing the Dog will make him change his mind??? This isn’t a country club, she’s talking about suing her way into a family. Why was the conversation tapped anyway? Sounds like they set up Dog to get some money. Seems like Dog knows more about her then she wants us to know.

Dog dosn’t deserve to be sued. I think Monigue is taking this to serious. Who cares that they are black. Most black people think that just because they have a different color of skin that they should be treated like Princess and Prince or King and Queen. Their is only one Savior and King and that is God and Jesus.
