Monique Shinnery Plans to sue Duane Chapman

Monique Shinnery tells the National Enquirer she plans to sue Duane Chapman (aka Dog). She says:
"I want justice. He (Dog) has slandered me, stated that I have bad character, and repeatedly lied about me on national television … It’s not even about him using the ’N’ word. It’s about him not wanting a black woman to be part of his family or part of his son’s life."
First, I don’t think Dog said anything that stands the legal test of slander. The legal readers can correct me if I’m wrong. Sticks and stones Monique. Sometimes life isn’t fair. If his family won’t accept her, and that bothers her so much, then find a new guy with a family that accepts her. Seems to me if she was looking for trouble she came to the right family.
Dog has really been open and honest in his interviews lately. Click here to listen to his latest colorful interview.

Dog dosn’t deserve to be sued. I think Monigue is taking this to serious. Who cares that they are black. Most black people think that just because they have a different color of skin that they should be treated like Princess and Prince or King and Queen. Their is only one Savior and King and that is God and Jesus.

So suing the Dog will make him change his mind??? This isn’t a country club, she’s talking about suing her way into a family. Why was the conversation tapped anyway? Sounds like they set up Dog to get some money. Seems like Dog knows more about her then she wants us to know.

As for the first comment posted above, most black people do not think that way. Apparently, you have some self esteem issues of your own. EVERYONE should hold themselves to a high esteem to be treated as kings and queens no matter what race you are. If Dog really didn’t mean what he said, then he should have choosen his words more carefully!! He knows that people look up to him and still he let his mouth put him in a situation that he can’t get out of. All of the apologies in the world will never erase what he did. DOG, be careful about what you say in the future. Best of luck to you!

To Malaika,
Only thing that I have to say is this…a private conversation between you and your son, daughter, mother, brother etc…should be just that private. For everyone to condem him for something that he said to his son privately is just ridiculous. You shouldnt have to watch what you say to your own family. That is just silly.

I agree with Debra and Gina. He should be able to talk to his own family but I quess that’s not possible any more. How would you like Malaika if one of your kdis tapped you and reported you to the nataional enquiere.
