Miss Panama Giosue Cozzarelli is Confused About Confucius

Giosue Cozzarelli, who was competing for Miss Panama 2009, was unable to understand a Confucius quote she just read:

"Learning without thought is labor lost."

Then Cozzarelli was asked to explain the quote:

"Good evening Panama!"

"Confucius was one of whom invented confusion, and that’s why, eh. One of the most ancient, he was one of the Chinese. Japanese who were one of the most ancient."

"Thank you."

Well, at least she can read, so not all of her learning was without thought.

Here’s a new quote from me:

"Beauty without intelligence is ugly."

    Obviously, with that name, she’s of Italian heritage. She makes us Italian girls sound dumb, how embarassing LOL!:)
