Mischa Barton Smoking Weed While Driving

Mischa Barton was caught by paparazzi smoking pot, in joint form, while driving. Some will say, it could be a rolled tobacco cigarette. No one rolls their own cigarettes these days, they buy a pack at the store, so it’s safe to assume this is pot.

Even though Barton dumped Cisco Adler, who was pictured buying marijuana at a pot shop, after a NSFW picture of his disgusting balls surfaced, it looks like she didn’t dump her pot smoking habit. This is worrisome since her sister Hania just went into rehab for an addiction to prescription pain killers.

    Oh, man, clearly you kids have never been to LA. Yes, it’s obvious, the secret is no one cares. Keep in mind that this is the city where weed stores take out full-color ads in the newspaper, where driving drunk carries about the same stigma as speeding does anywhere else.

    gosh. i really liked her. she was on my favorite show…the OC. now she is just a junkie. seriously…who gets stoned while driving??? is she not worried that in less than an hour the whole world will be looking at this picture??? is she not thinking about her carrier??? is she not thinking about her life?? about how this is how mature she will be. pot stops u from maturing. SMOOTH MOOTH MIESCHA!

    Why can’t people just do that at home, if that’s the way they roll? Putting aside how very dangerous it is to everyone on the road around her, even if the windows are up…people can still see you! Dangerous and stupid. Such a bad combo.
