Mischa Barton has cottage cheese thighs at the tender age of 22. Mischa is pictured above in New York City this weekend.

I wouldn’t even point out Mischa’s obvious fat issues, but she keeps saying all the photos of her fat thighs are fake. The pictures and those cottage cheese thighs are real.
