Miranda Lambert Accuser Charged Instead

Miranda Lambert was accused of of assaulting a fan named Aisha Esbay at a Texas bar named Bootlegger’s on Friday. Esbay told one story where Lambert got mad because Esbay got mad because Esbay didn’t recognize her. Another story was that Lambert shoved Esbay multiple times after she asked Lambert for an autograph.

After an investigation police cleared Lambert, and charged Esbay with filing a false police report, which is a misdemeanor offense. Esbay was arrested, and is currently being held in Smith County Jail. Police said:

"After police spent numerous hours researching the case, Esbay’s claims were found to be completely false."

If only Rob Lowe could get that kind of justice in his sexual harassment suit.
