Miranda Kerr Causes Banking Scandal

Victoria’s Secret super model Miranda Kerr GQ photoshoot without clothes on caused an Australian banker to forget where he was briefly.

An employee at the Macquarie Bank in Sydney was being interviewed live on Channel 7 about the Reserve Bank of Australia’s decision to keep interest rates on hold. During the interview another employee in the background opened an email with pictures of Kerr from GQ magazine, and started looking at them. After a few moments the man switched back to his work screen and looked back at the camera, perhaps having been warned by another co-worker. The bank released the following statement yesterday:

"Macquarie has strict policies in place surrounding the use of technology and the issue arising from today’s live cross on 7 News is being dealt with internally."

To give the guy a break I’ll say he is human, but he works at a bank, and he was on the job. There is a level of trust in bank employees. Seeing a guy doing what comes natural rather than taking his job more seriously makes customers lose trust, and that’s not good for any business.

As for Kerr, it appears she is worth every penny she earns.
