Honey, I shrunk the rapper! Nahhhh, it’s just lil ol’ Vern Troyer cruisin’ around Yorkville, Canada. Are those scripts in his basket? They could be some digits he scored in that K-Fed-meets-Mini-Jerome Bettis get-up. That’s how he rolls!
