Miley Cyrus Wears Short Shorts to Her 17 Birthday Party

Miley Cyrus turned 17 years-old on November 23, and she showed up with a pair of short shorts on, otherwise known as hot-pants.

Miley’s 17th birthday party had an 80’s rock theme, and was held at the New York’s Nassau Coliseum.

It’s not hard to imagine what Miley will be wearing at her 18th birthday party next November.

Okay. I am usually on her side, but that outfit is a little skanky. the shorts are a tad too short, and I dont even know what that shirt thing is. But that would be slutty on anybody. not just a 17 year old. but its her choice. leav her alone.
