Miley Cyrus SUED for $4 Billion
Lucie J. Kim is suing Miley Cyrus for $1 billion in a class action lawsuit filed Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court. Kim says Miley owes about 1 million Asian Pacific Islander people about $4,000 each in damages for her eye slanting racist photo. Kim said:
"Miley Cyrus knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life."
Duh. If Miley didn’t know before, she’ll know now. Her insincere apology has sparked outrage in certain parts of the Asian community. Even though we think this lawsuit won’t go any further than sending a message to Miley, she probably shouldn’t travel to Asia anytime soon.
What’s Miley supposed to be in that picture above, a French maid? It’s not even Halloween yet.

this is the most stupid thing i ever heard of i bet miley cant even pay this they need to give her a break even though she brings it all down on herself any way this can be settled one way or another
this is the most rediculous thing ever. im pretty sure she doesn’t have a billion dollars, I mean cmon now. people need to develop a sence of humor. besides I doubt 4,000 per asian is going to be enough to get them all surgery to finally have round eyes like the rest of us valuable human beings.
