Miley Cyrus appeared in a music video for country singer Rhonda Vincent before she was ever Hannah Montana. This is Miley’s first ever music video appearance. Miley appears at marks 1:34, 1:36, 1:39, 1:48, 1:52, 2:12, 2:22, 2:39, 2:47 and 3:14. In the video Miley is still just a little girl, and still innocent, unlike the Miley of today.

Sandy, he hates Miley. She probably refused to sign an autograph for him and now he takes any chance he can to make a swipe at her. Especially if it involves Selena Gomez.
The comment below the video is not very nice, she is a good girl still today, every one grows up, you can not expect her to be little forever, she will begin to sing more mature songs to fit her age, this does not make her scandalous, come on people, leave her alone!
