Comment posted Miley Cyrus Copied Breakout from Katy Perry by Tre.

Here’s the facts on this: This song was not written for Katy Perry and was never given to her. She was brought in as the demo singer. At the time she hadn’t become an artist and had no record deal. That was a year and a half ago. After the demo was made, the song was sent to Miley Cyrus’ A&R guy at Hollywood records. They loved it, but it was too late to get it on her last record. AND Miley felt that it would be a great song for her next record as Miley Cyrus only, because it sort of represented to her the idea of breaking away from the Hannah character and showing herself (hence the album title “Breakout”). Katy decided to put her demo version on the internet so that she could try to embarrass Miley after Miley dissed her regarding the girl-kiss offer from Katy. Plain and simple, the song was meant for Miley from the time the demo was finished, and it was never Katy Perry’s song. Katy was the demo singer. Besides, it is obvious that the song wasn’t written for Katy who’s in her mid 20s – the song is about someone in high school! These are the facts, and I ask all the Miley fans to please help spread the word. Thanks

  1. i agree w/ #2 plus im only 14 and i can see the stupidity of mileys little “stunts”. has anyone else noticed how all disney channel stars become trainwrecks when they start singing careers? i mean really britney, lindsay, vanessa, miley, who’s next? selena?? ashley??

  2. ok so mileys new song breakout…uhm yeah i agree with the kate perry wasnt famous at the time comment and they offered it to miley!! plus it sounds better for mileys voice. yes she did have some scandals but she is trying to fix herself so respect that!! all im saying is that even though miley did some of those pictures scandals, she is a great person. she does as many good things to get respect again!! so i like her for that {and i like her new songs fly on the wall AND breakout}

    katy perry is just jelous coz she will never be miley. and nee be as succesful as her. shee needs 2 stop bein such a lesbia nand pickin on teenagers and making enimes out of people her own age. n size.

  4. alex says:

    musically, i like katy perry a lot better than miley, although they both seem pretty cool as people. but i think that song is much better suited for miley’s voice and personality. i don’t know. i never thought i would find myself liking a miley song over a katy song.

  5. andrew says:

    i agree with the first and fifth comment, all the way.

  6. Gracie says:

    I Agree with the first comment.. and the second one is just jealous because they dont have a figure like mileys.. and anyway.. miley sang it way better she gave it a feeling…and so what miley has made mistakes in life so has everyone else.. just because she is a celebrity doesnt mean she has to be broadcasted.. think how miley feels. she cant trust anyone.. she is going through a hard time in life and i think it is stupid everyone has to have a go at her. life is about trying things out and exploring everything possible.. you are going to be shouted at and called names by people that dont even know you.. then what is the point in life.. its just stupid people think celebs have no feelings its awful for them.. everyon that is criticising miley is a LOW LIFE!

  7. Sara says:

    Miley’s comment just shows her immaturity and insecurities(which is not a bad thing, she is only 15).
    Katy joked about kissing Miley in an interview. From what I read, Katy’s comments were purely not “getting back” at Miley. If Miley was older, I bet she wouldn’t have reacted in such a catty high school manner.

  8. christine says:

    miley’s is way better. more feeling

  9. Loo says:

    I hate Miley.
    She’s slutty.
