Miley Cyrus Can Waste 7 Minutes of Your Time
Miley Cyrus and her older friend Mandy Jiroux made another boring video that introduces Billy Ray Cyrus, and Miley’s little sister as special guests. This reminds me so much of Wayne’s World who filmed his show in his mom’s basement with his dumber friend Garth. Although Mandy is 20 year-old, she acts 15 years-old, hence the Garth reference. Dumb and dumber might also be a good comparison for the Miley and Mandy show.
