Miley Cyrus was out with her mom doing stuff, and of course there was a swarm of paparazzi.

A women asked the paparazzi how they knew Miley Cyrus would be getting juice with her mom, and the pap replied:

"She called us."

So Miley has been tipping the paparazzi off to keep herself in the gossip headlines. How Lohan of her.

The video above that contained the evidence with the paparazzi statement appears to have been removed, probably because of more nastiness from Miley’s attorney, who has been working overtime lately. Instead I’ve included a video below of Miley dropping a pap’s iPhone.
