Michael Lohan Arrested Again

Michael Lohan (48) was arrested on April 6 for allegedly threatening to kill himself and his fiance Erin Muller (34), after Muller threatened to leave him. The threats were allegedly made in a phone call on March 18.

When Michael walked into Central Islip court yesterday, and saw reporter Kieran Crowley and photographer Dennis Clark, his lawyer, Anthony Grandinette, shouted, "Michael! Plan two!," which meant Michael and Muller were to hide in Grandinette’s car.

Michael is due in family court in Westbury today, when he’ll have to explain why he’s behind in child support, by $12,000. I’d like to know why a court ordered Michael to pay child support when his wife makes a lot of money off the kids, but Michael is mostly broke, or is he?
