Michael Jackson Claims He Is Too Sick to Travel

Global traveler Michael Jackson is being sued by Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa for $7 million, and now that he has to appear before the court in London Michael is claiming he is too sick to travel. Jackson has done this before. Remember the scene of Jackson arriving to court in California in pajamas?
Jackson prefers to appear, and testify, by video link from the United States. Robert Englehart, Jackson’s attorney, said:
"It would be unwise for him to travel, given what’s he’s got now," lawyer Robert Englehart said, declining to elaborate "for the obvious reasons."
What he’s got now? What does he have now? Hahaha, sorry, hahaha. What a joke!
Bankim Thanki, a lawyer for Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, said the medical evidence presented by Jackson’s legal team was unsatisfactory. The lawyer said:
"It’s not the first time a sick note has been presented by Mr. Jackson. He gave no precise indication of what the illness might be, but told the court that Jackson’s condition could be treated with a bandage "if the diagnosis is positive."
Jackson claims because he didn’t sign a contract, even though he made a verbal agreement, that he is not obligated to the contract, and that any money he received was just a "gift."
The once powerful Michael Jackson is now just a mooch.
