Michael Jackson is being sued again for $7 million. The Bell Pottinger Group says Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa has filed a breach-of-contract case against the troubled singer at London’s Royal Courts of Justice. A hearing for the lawsuit will be heard this afternoon.

In 2006, Jackson announced he would put out a new album for Khalifa’s record label 2 Seas Records. Media reports say Khalifa is arguing that the promised work was never delivered.

Khalifa gave Michael a place to stay while he lived in Bahrain after being acquitted of the charges that he molested a 13 year-old boy at his Neverland Ranch. Just the other day Michael finally gave up the title to Neverland to pay bills.

Michael’s defense to the lawsuit is that the money given to him by Khalifa, including a $268,398 Rolls Royce, was a "gift."

Uh huh, riiiight. Michael really needs to get back to work.
