Mary Delgado Arrested Again Mug Shot

Mary Delgado (41), a former NFL cheerleader and winner of The Bachelor, is out of jail after being arrested in a southwest border-town bar for unruly behavior.

Delgado was arrested in Del Rio after refusing to leave a local bar. She was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. She was released about an hour later.

Last year in Florida, reports say Delgado was arrested for assaulting a man she lived with. The man Delgado is living with is the Bachelor, Byron Velvick, from the 2004 show Delgado won. Reports say the couple are still engaged, and plan to marry sometime this years, despite her arrest for hitting Velvick in the face.

She might be hot, but she’s not worth the trouble. Not to Velvick, start running and don’t look back.
