Marie Osmond Son is in Rehab
On tonight’s Larry King Live, Larry King asked if Marie Osmond’s 16-year-old son Michael was in rehab. Marie was stunned by the question and asked Larry, "How did you know that?" Marie confirmed that her adopted son Michael was indeed in rehab. Marie said, "It’s been a hard week." Her father just passed away. Click here to see the video.
It’s amazing Larry saves the tough questions for nice people like Marie, while letting others like Paris Hilton slide. Larry doesn’t want to anger the gods.

Larry, I’m beginning to think you will do anything for ratings. You knew very well that you were backing Marie into a corner. You just didn’t care. I only hope someday when your family is facing similar circumstances ,your minor childrens’ lives aren’t displayed for the world to see. Start being responsible Larry, and to hell with the ratings!
Disgusting Larry! You disclosed personal and private information on national television about the minor child of a lovely woman. You’re known for all the softballs you throw to your guests, yet you blind side one of the kindest women in show business. An Osmond! What is wrong with you? She’s had quite a hard time of it lately, like to kick them when they’re down Larry? I bet if you asked Marie, her favorite Bible verse, she’d of had an answer. Well, let’s hope no one is as cruel when your children make a mistake. They say we can always change the channel, and I will. No more Larry King Live.
I couldn’t believe the question regarding Marie’s son. What business is it of ours or yours? It was totally out of context ~ I assumed she and Donny would be discussing the passing of their father, along with her appearance on Dancing with Stars. This question came under the heading of cruel, insensitive, rude and totally inexcusable. If possible Larry, try to place yourself in the same situation ~ well, you’d probably be fine, since there is apparently only ice water running through your veins. Thanks for nothing. I’ll be switching channels in the future! Laura
Larry King’s questions about Marie’s son were uncalled for and not up to his standards. He has children and should have been more compasionate. I’m sure Marie was on the show for a specific purpose and not to discuss a 16 year old in rehab! Shame on Larry….
