Either way you look at it, she’s still a PERSON, and a TEENAGER, everyone makes mistakes. She’s still a great actress and it’s not like all the children will remember her as hey she did a nude pic, no ask every kid that goes by you she’s gabriella from high school musical…getting stupid. You are an idiot, she wasn’t lip syncing at all. You obviously know nothing about singing. She heard one the backup vocalists getting carried away and got mad. Typical ignorance on your part. PS – I can’t stand Mariah, so I would have liked it if she actually was lip syncing.
i believe she was singing live for most part of the song, i dunno for some reason why she wanted the backup to sing “her” part, but definitely she was singing live…
its not lip syncing, its backround vocals, alot of other singers do it to. and plus, she handled that very gracfully, and the performance still rocked.
she was singing live during some parts of the song, but she definitely got caught.
btw, she was not on the Today show… she was on Good Morning America.
