Lindsay Lohan Was Lonely and Fragile Before Rehab

Like photos of Lindsay Lohan frolicking about Promises, little bits of the LA Confidential magazine interview have been sneaking out, giving us a clearer picture of Lohan’s mental state in the weeks before she crashed her car, packed herself up, and checked in to rehab.

According to the Arizona Republic, it’s not pretty.  She sounds a little unhinged and definitely in need of some help.

"The real hard thing about LA is that it’s all about one thing," Lohan said. "Everyone always wants something. This industry is very lonely; I tend to get very lonely. When it’s a Sunday and no one’s around, and you see no cars go by, it’s a challenge."

It’s hard to imagine Lohan lonely, she seemed to be surrounded at all times by other party girls, bodyguards, friends who liked to mock-threaten her with knives, and dudes who like to supply girls with drugs. 

Actually, it does sound pretty lonely, at least in those moments between the really awesome parties. 

We’ve also found that there aren’t a lot of cool places to hang out and get ripped on Sunday mornings…..and watching cars is boring.

Bummer.
