Lindsay Lohan Sued Again

Lindsay Lohan has more legal problems. This time her former bodyguard, David Kim, is suing Lindsay for intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of oral contract, and state Labor Code violations. Kim is asking for $55,000 to compensate him for work he did as a bodyguard, which required 24-hour service at a rate of $4,000 per week, and an additional $2,800 per week for evening-only work.

It would be cheaper for Lindsay to just settle this, and other cases that come up, rather than accrue legal bills from her attorneys. Lindsay isn’t finding much work, so she needs to start budgeting. For instance, when Lindsay arrives at a nice restaurant, she could just give a few bucks to the homeless guys always standing outside to provide her with protection from the paparazzi. Those guys smell, and they have bugs crawling on them, so no one is going to go near them, or Linday. Plus, Lindsay would be helping the homeless, which means she will still have friends once she goes completely broke.
