Lindsay Lohan Rejects Plea Deal

Lindsay Lohan did something expected, she rejected the plea deal the would reduce her time in jail, but would still guarantee she would get some jail time for both stealing a necklace and violating her double DUI probation again.

Lindsay was due in court at 0830, but arrived at 0905, a fashionable 35 minutes late. Anyone else would have missed their own hearing, but the court waits for criminal celebrities in Los Angeles. Despite rejecting the plea deal Judge Keith Schwartz set a another hearing date for March 25 to give Lindsay a third chance to accept the plea deal, and he set a preliminary hearing for Lindsay’s trial on April 22 with hanging Judge Stephanie Sautner.

What happens to Lindsay in court seems to be less important than what she wears to court, and how she looks exiting jail.

I really hope Lindsay rejects the plea deal again, is thrown in jail awaiting trial, and then gets convicted of grand theft of a necklace, which is a felony, and is thrown into state prison for a full year. The cherry on top would be for Dina Lohan to do some equally stupid crime, and go to state prison right after Lindsay is getting out.
