Lindsay Lohan Ordered to Remain in Rehab

Lindsay Lohan arrived in court this morning prepared to go to jail after violating her probation a second time with two dirty urine drug tests, but that didn’t happen.

Since her dirty drug test Lindsay has been checked into the Betty Ford Center, and that swayed the judge who ordered Lindsay to remain in rehab until January 3, 2010. The District Attorney had asked for Lindsay to go to jail for at least 180 days. The judge said:

"You are an addict. I hope you understand that."

"I don’t want another train wreck."

Dina Lohan was extremely excited. Her drinking buddy didn’t get a single day in jail. Lindsay is also going to get her SCRAM bracelet removed soon too. Now all she needs is her car keys, a gram of coke, and a beer to celebrate.
