Lindsay Lohan exited The Hotel Cafe last night about 12:30 am, when her driver of her BMW suddenly went from a dead stop to speeding in seconds injuring a paparazzo’s wrist with the car.
Lindsay’s driver is now a person of interest in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation.
Lindsay has been involved in similar cases herself in the past, as have her drivers. Wherever Lindsay goes, trouble isn’t far away.
