Lindsay Lohan Has a New Man and Hannah Montana Tickets

Lindsay Lohan called into the Mark and Mercedes show on 94.1 KMXB in Las Vegas this morning to help a friend win tickets to the Hannah Montana concert. The radio show hosts got Lindsay to talk for about five minutes giving them the scoop on things like her family, her sober life, the media, Riley Giles, being reunited with her father, her new album, and possibly about a new man in her life. Spencer Guilburt is rumored to be Lindsay Lohan’s new man. He gave an interview to PageSix, and this is what he said:

"I’ve seen her a lot since she’s been home," Spencer Guilburt told PageSix. "And expect to see me with her more."

"If I’m dating Lindsay, Lindsay will let you know," Guilburt said coyly when asked about the status of their relationship. "It will come out soon enough."

The Malibu, Calif., native, 24, was happy to tell PageSix that Lindsay has been wonderful since she’s been back in L.A.

"She’s doing great now," he said. "[Booze], it’s not a big deal of mine. I’m not a substance user. It’s good that I’m around her to kind of help."

The two were spotted smooching at dinner last Friday. They were dining with friends at L.A. hotspot Il Sole, squeezed together in a window banquette. In between kisses, Lindsay looked at the paparazzi. They left separately.

Guilburt, who graduated from the University of Southern California in 2005, says they met through mutual friends.

While the graphic artist doesn’t "look at [Lindsay] as a business like other people do," he wouldn’t mind designing her next album cover.

"Hmm, I never thought of that," said the laid-back artist, who considers London street stencilist Banksy as his major influence.
