Lindsay Lohan went to the Ivy recently to be sure the paparazzi took some pictures of her. She really doesn’t want to be forgotten. Then she went to Chanel to buy a $3,000 purse to put her old gum, and used tampons, in. Those old money types must really love having Lindsay in their exclusive stores and clubs, um, spicing things up.
