Lindsay Lohan Busted for DUI – Cocaine Found in Car
Lindsay Lohan was cited for investigation of driving under the influence Saturday and was slightly injured when her Mercedes struck a curb, police told the Associated Press. Is that Vodka company still going to sponsor Lindsay’s birthday party?
Lohan, 20, and two other passengers were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when it crashed at about 5:30 AM into a curb on Sunset Blvd., Sgt. Mike Foxen told the AP. The crash was Lohan’s third accident in about two years.
"She was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries," Foxen said.
No one else was hurt and no other cars were involved, Foxen said. He did not have other details. Officers went to the scene after receiving a 911 call about the accident, Foxen said. He went on to say that Lohan will have to appear in court to answer the citation.

In a press conference this afternoon about the arrest of Lindsay Lohan, cops say they found a "usable amount" of a drug they say was cocaine at the scene. Lt. Mitch McCann of the Beverly Hills Police Department would not say where the drug was found but it was "not on her person."
Police say that 20-year-old Lohan and two other adults were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when she lost control and crashed into a curb and trees in Beverly Hills, Calif. around 5:30 AM. After the crash, police say LiLo got into another car and was driven to Century City Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries that involved "something to her upper chest area." The two other people in her car were not hurt they said.
Officers received a 911 call about the accident and "tracked Ms. Lohan to the local hospital, where she was ultimately placed under arrest" for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Lt. McCann said it appeared as if Lohan was speeding and lost control.
Lohan was cited and released and will have to face a judge.
A rep for Lohan could not be reached for comment.
Welcome to the DUI club Lohan. She must have skipped AA to go drinking and drugging. If Lohan can heal up fast enough maybe she can join Paris Hilton in jail.

Lindsay should be totally ashamed of herself.If this happened to one of my daughters the police and judge would throw the book at them.It seems as though all these hollywood stars think that there sh.. does’nt stink or that OH MY I”M SO SPECIAL.The hollywood stars are all takers ,not givers.they don’t contribute one single thing towards there fellow man,you just take and use and throw away and step on everyone around you in the process.I hope you go to jail and damn the judge that does’nt send you there…..Ken Chapman
What is it with California Police?? Are they all on the celebs payroll or taking kickbacks from the clubs these underage no talent bimbos drink and party in??? I think 21 is the law in every state, so why does the crooked cops out there not bust at least a couple of them??? Bad for their image as a wide open anything goes if you don’t get caught party town I guess. Let one of us mere mortals get caught DUI and in possession of Coke, and see if we only get a ticket to appear in 3 months…. hog wash!!!! Cheap floozie and cheaper cops…….
I find it amazing that she, along with many other under 21 “celebrities” are openly allowed to drink in bars, clubs and restaurants…I thought that there was a law against underage drinking…why are the establishments where she drinks at, not being fined or have their alcohol license taken away…I really don’t get it…I also don’t get Lindsay’s attitude…it is a shame that we, the people, pay her salary and she disrespects us on such a high level…none of us would be treated with such kid gloves…especially for underage drinking and DUIs…the system is really screwed up…these celebrities need to be humbled a bit and brought down to our level…
