Lindsay Lohan Arrest Warrant Cancelled

The arrest warrant issued for Lindsay Lohan has been cancelled, after her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, convinced the court that Lohan might be in compliance of her alcohol education program required by her probation stemming from a DUI conviction.

Holley claimed Lohan had "personality conflicts" with her old alcohol education program, so she will enroll in a new one. Lohan claimed she couldn’t attend some of the previous classes because the paparazzi made it impossible for her. Lohan’s attorney will have to provide proof on April 3 that Lohan has indeed been attending a new alcohol education program.

Other reports today allege Lohan’s arrest warrant was issued due to a probation violation for driving when it didn’t involve work, but the court hearing made no mention of that, and the arrest warrant has been cancelled. It’s too bad the court didn’t order Lohan to do a piss test, since she’s been caught on video drinking what appears to be alcohol, and looking very high.

Lohan did have some domestic violence issues over the weekend. A window was busted out during a fight between Lohan and Samantha Ronson at Ronson’s home, and police were called by neighbors. There is still a good chance Lohan could be arrested for other bad behavior before the week ends. She never disappoints.
