THE secret sister of LILY ALLEN yesterday told how she has been abandoned by their dad, actor KEITH ALLEN.

Gala Talbott, whose identity has never been revealed until now, told The Sun exclusively how her famous father has refused to pay child maintenance since July.

And she says heartless Keith, who plays the evil Sheriff of Nottingham in the BBC1 Robin Hood series, has stopped speaking to her — and has not visited her in four years.

The devastated 16-year-old love child — whose existence has been a family secret since she was born — says she has been totally cut off by the Allen clan.

Neither Keith, 54, nor any of her seven siblings have admitted to her being a blood relation.

And despite inviting singer star Lily to her 16th birthday party, Gala still has not met her famous sister or anyone else in her dad’s family.

Gala and her mum Angela have presented The Sun with a dossier of evidence that proves she is Keith’s daughter.

The teenager said: “My dad is nothing to me. He’s never been there for me as a father. I’ve seen him perhaps only three or four times in my whole life. I don’t know him and I don’t ever want to see him again.

“The only thing I expect is for him to provide for me because I’m his child — and that’s the decent thing for him to do.

“He’s got loads of cash but he’d rather spend it on himself. That’s the kind of guy he is.

“It would be different if he was like this to all his children — but he picks and chooses which ones he wants to look after.

“I don’t know why he likes the others more than me. He’s got a sick mind and I am not in his head. At one time I got upset about it but now I’m indifferent.”

Gala’s mum Angela — who met Keith when they were both being interviewed on JONATHAN ROSS’ chat show in 1986 — says she thinks the actor abandoned her daughter because she is a child of colour.

Angela, now in her late 30s and living in LA, said: “Keith was with me because he wanted something exotic. But he probably never wanted a baby with a black woman.

“When he found out I was pregnant he told me to have an abortion. I thought about doing it but Keith refused to go to the clinic with me and I didn’t want to go on my own.

“After Gala was born he offered to have her adopted by a celebrity couple he knew.

“He has never wanted to have anything to do with her. Until she was 18 months he would pop round to my flat for occasional sex. He would play with Gala and make her laugh.

“But after that he was a total deadbeat dad. It took me eight years of legal action to get him to pay maintenance. Now he’s totally cut her off. He thinks that because she is 16 and living in America he does not have to pay his own daughter any money.”

They have been outraged seeing Keith playing happy families with Lily, 22, since she became famous.

The singer is one of three children Keith had with his ex-wife Alison Owen. He abandoned that family as well, when Lily was just four.

Angela said: “Keith has totally jumped on the Lily Allen bandwagon. He probably wants to be associated with her because he’s not as famous as he once was.

“I’ve never met Lily. She obviously gets more love from her dad than my daughter does.”

Gala added: “Lily has never made any effort to contact me. I even invited her to my 16th birthday party, on December 23 last year.

“My mum sent her and her brother Alfie an invitation. But they didn’t even reply.

“I find it difficult to believe she really cares. If she did she would have made some effort to get in touch by now.”

Angela first met Keith when she was a spiritual adviser in London. She went on Jonathan Ross’ chat show to talk about her job and Keith was being interviewed too.

They next met at a Christmas party. Angela said: “Keith walked up to me at the end of the party. He gave me a kiss, said ‘I’m going to f*** you’, then left.”

Keith later invited Angela to his house in the countryside for a weekend.

Angela said: “He told me his wife and kids would be there. But when I got there it was only Keith. He asked me for a massage that night and it all went from there.

“At first it was just fun, it wasn’t that serious. But we became lovers.

“It was sort of a good sex but bad relationship-type deal.

“Or at least I thought it was good sex. Now I am more experienced I realise it wasn’t really good.

“My friends told me to stay away from him because he was mad and a cokehead.

“But I was attracted to him because he was a real man. He said exactly what was on his mind. There was no pussy-footing around with him.

“Later on we got an apartment together.

“We never really lived together because Keith was always away filming. I knew he was still seeing his wife.”

Angela says Keith was heavily abusing cocaine at the time she met him. She said: “He was in love with coke. He would take it literally every day.

“He used the same drug dealer as KATE MOSS and a number of other celebrities. He would be lost without coke and that has had a big effect on his children.”

Angela claims that, as his cocaine use increased, it affected his behaviour. She said; “In my opinion he is totally crazy. He is a psychopath.

“Keith is happy one minute and angry and violent the next. Coke made his womanising get totally out of control. One night I came back to our apartment and found him in bed with two women. He knew he was in trouble and leapt up from the bed.”

Gala was born in London while Keith was in the Caribbean. Angela said: “The only person there to support me when I gave birth was one of my friends.

“My own family fell apart when I was young so there was no question of them being there.

“Keith is immature when it comes to children and relationships. He has a caveman mentality. He is a total dog and does not think he has to take responsibility for his children.”

Gala estimates that she has only seen her dad four times since she was six.

But she claims she has only cried about him a couple of times. She said: “I remember one time I cried was when I was about eight. Mum and Keith had been rowing about money.

“She handed the phone to me and he said, ‘I don’t ever want to see you again until you turn 16.’

Another time I phoned him to ask for money and he told me, ‘No, f*** off.’”

Angela added: “We have decided to speak out now because we are sick of his attitude.

“He should do the right thing and continue supporting his daughter. If he had a single ounce of decency, he would resume her maintenance straight away.”
