Laura Prepon’s mother was arrested for DUI, careless driving, and having an open container in her vehicle. She was drinking while she was driving according to Echoes Sentinel. When celebrities get a slap on the wrist for a serious crime, everybody starts doing it. Punishment is a deterrent.
