Larry Birkhead is the Father of Dannielynn Smith

Larry Birkhead was determined by a DNA paternity test to be the indisputable father of Dannielynn Smith. Howard K. Stern is NOT the father! Virgie Arthur goes to court Friday to fight for joint custody of Dannielynn. Is Virgie in it for the money? What happens to Howard now since he has claimed he has no income, and he claims he would waive all fees for being executor of Anna Nicole Smith’s estate? Is the Will valid? It’s possible a California court will declare the Will invalid and award the estate to Dannielynn with Birkhead as executor.

Howard did say he would stay in the Bahamas, and he hugged Birkhead. Virgie didn’t hug anyone.

One last question. Where will Howard live now since he is still in a home he doesn’t own, and the owner already wants him evicted from the home?
