Kirstie Alley is Fat
Kirstie Alley is never going to find peace from the media as long as she is fat. Of course, when Alley was losing the weight she got positive attention from the media, and she invited it.
We are sad to see Alley’s struggle with her weight, and really think the media should leave her alone. Low self esteem, and constant criticism, doesn’t help a person to lose weight when they have been battling the bulge as long as Alley has been. Newly fat people can be helped with some peer pressure at first, but long term help requires a more positive approach.
We hope Alley finds the help that works for her, so she can feel good again.

Well i can sure fell what Alley’s feeling in that picture.I have had a wieght issue all of my life and its only now when im 46 have i realy understood why it is so crucial, for your own mortality,to start thinking about what it was that got you to start living in the first place!!With me it was a rude awawakening that finnaly made me wake up and start living the good way.Once i started feeling better,i was off to the races.It took a long time for me to realy notice a difference,but im learning that happiness comes from within and once its there,everything else just falls into place.I have now lost 75 pounds and still going for the gold..another 40 or 50 and i will be the lightest i have ever been.140.Hang in there to all the alleys and tell yourself to hurry up and wake up!!
