Kiefer Sutherland Charged with DUI – Yawn

Kiefer Sutherland has officially been charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI as a result of his arrest early Tuesday morning, when he was caught driving with a blood alcohol level that was almost twice the legal limit. This is his fourth DUI, and his judge will be Michael Sauer. The same judge that sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days after violating her probation three times. Kiefer will probably get the Nicole Richie celebrity treatment of 4 days in jail, with less than one hour served.
