Kid Rock has was ordered to pay Harlen Atkins $6,000 in damages, and Rock’s posse has to pay the remaining $34,000 judgment to Atkins, as damages for kicking Atkins butt at a Waffle House in 2007.
The whole fight was caught on video, so Rock, and other’s testimony, was almost moot.
