Spacey did the same thing in a club a number of years ago to a guy that was dating my ex sister-in-law. The fact is, he things he can accost anyone that he wants to because he is a movie star.
I can’t tell from the pics, but if he didn’t have at least tacit permission, the guy should press charges!
