Kate Moss May Face Illegal Substance Charges

Kate Moss joined fiancé Pete Doherty onstage for a duet on Monday night much to the delight of the sold-out crowd at the Babyshambles front-man’s first show since he checked out of rehab for drug addiction.

Kate and Pete sang a little tune called La Belle et La Bete which translates to Beauty and the Beast. A witness said: "It was a fantastic moment. Everyone went wild. Kate looked sensational, and she sounded great."

Kate Moss faces prosecution again. Not for snorting cocaine (allegedly) but for puffing on a cigarette. Kate could faces charges for violating Ireland’s smoking ban, which came into effect in March 2004. Pete Doherty was also seen to be smoking constantly throughout the gig at the Music Factory, in Carlow, Co Carlow.
