Justin Mentell (27), who appeared in 16 episodes of Boston Legal, was killed this morning in a one-vehicle accident Southwest of Madison, Wisconsin.
Mentell was pronounced dead at the scene around 9 a.m. after his 2005 Jeep left the roadway on Route 39 near Mineral Point, went down an embankment and struck two trees, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
At this time it is unknown if Metell fell asleep, or if other factors were to cause for the accident.
