Julianne Hough Wins ACM Award and Rips Dress

Julianne Hough won the award for Top New Female Vocalist at the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. As Hough took the stage, at the 1:27 mark in the video, she mentioned she ripped her dress. She said:
"It’s a good thing I ripped my dress because now I have something else to think about."
Hough was gave a short but tearful acceptance speech.
Carrie Underwood won Entertainer of the Year, beating Kenny Chesney who has taken home Entertainer of the Year four years in a row.
Way to go Julianne!

It was CARRIE UNDERWOOD who won entertainer of the year. Also, Julianne did NOT win top female vocalist. Way to get the facts straight!
