Josh Hartnett Sues over Alleged Public Sex Story

Josh Hartnett is suing the Daily Mirror for defamation, after they ran a story claiming he had sex with an unknown woman in the library of a hotel. Hartnett called the newspaper’s claims "not only untrue but a complete fabrication," but also "defamatory and unsubstantiated."
Hartnett, who was on ITV’s This Morning, called the news story, which also claimed he and his alleged partner were purportedly filmed on closed-circuit television, "rubbish. Hartnett said:
"The paper said it was ’rumored’ I was caught on CCTV, but how can you have a rumor about a video? It would be on the Internet by now."
So true. Like I said before, this story is B.S.
