John Singelton Killed a Woman with his Car

John Singelton hit and killed a woman identified as Constance Russell, 57, of Los Angeles, who stepped in front of his car, and was not in a crosswalk on Friday. Police said:

"Mr. Singleton stopped and identified himself as required by law and was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was questioned and released."

Jamie Foxx was defending serial dog killer Michael Vick yesterday, and said, "…sometimes people shoot people and kill people and don’t get time." This is one of those situations where one person killed another in an accident, and police say Singelton will not be cited for any violation. Foxx sounds like one of those guys who believes UFOs, ghosts, and Santa Clause are real. Foxx walks around with tin foil on his head to keep the goverment and aliens from reading his thoughts, wears a voodoo charm to keep ghosts away, and hates Santa because he hasn’t visited Foxx since he was five years-old.
