John Edwards Will Not Attend Democratic Convention

John Edwards, who was being considered for the vice presidential candidate by Barack Obama, will not be attending the Democratic convention next week. Jonathan Prince, who served as deputy chief of staff on the Edwards 2008 presidential campaign, said:
"Unequivocally, he is not going to Denver."
It seems odd that Democrats want nothing to do with Edwards, when Bill Clinton paid out almost a million dollars in a lawsuit for sexual harassment while he was president, and Bill is still a huge with Democrats. It appears Democrats are okay with sexual promiscuity, but they draw the line at a love child, unless of course you’re Jesse Jackson who also has a love child. Then again, Jackson doesn’t hold public office.
